Show #419 (Poached Salmon)

A trip to South Haven where unkle e hooks up with the "steelheaders" as they prepare a traditional Michigan fish boil for charity then its back to the kitchens of Restaurant Villegas where chef prepares a poached salmon fillet with eggs and capers.

    I was present at the taping of this show and I have to say that this dish was absolutely delicious.
