Chef Eric visits the student run, organic farm at Michigan State University where we learn about raising organic produce. In the kitchen we make a variety of carrot dishes: Carrot Couscous w/White Shrimp & Chives; Carrot Watermelon Juice; Fresh Carrot Sauce w/Ginger; Poached Breast of Chicken w/Carrot Ginger Sauce.
