Chef Eric makes a return visit to Giving Tree Farms near Lansing and chats with Susan Houghton about “micro greens” and how to cook with this interesting food. We talk about how “micro greens” are grown and what they are used for in the kitchen. Chef Eric then heads back to the kitchen to show many different ways “micro greens” can be used in recipes.
