(Chocolate Show in East Lansing)
We all know chocolate is more than a food. In this show it’s all about chocolate as we visit the Annual Chocolate Show at the Kellogg Center in East Lansing, Michigan. We’ll see how other chefs cook their favorite chocolate dishes. We will learn the secrets of some of the winners and then Chef Eric makes some of his favorite chocolate recipes:
