This time it's Crispy Great Lakes Perch done in a Midwestern "Tempura" Beer Batter with a side of Midwestern Vegetable "Fried Rice" and we'll show you what to look for when buying fresh fish. To compliment the fresh perch we'll top a salad with a Lemon Vinagerette/Citronette. Enjoy your time with Eric as we take the "Fork in the Road" to better eating.
