Music and great food are the theme of this week's show as we show you how to slowly create a Smoked Pork Shoulder. Eric will share his recipes for the special Maple Pork Rub and the wonderful Apple Cider Vinegar Maple Jalapeno 'Mopping" Sauce. We visit Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet in Kalamazoo, Michigan and see this unique company that has been around making stoves and grills since 1906 and is now having their high end grills being discovered in Miami, New York and L.A.. In celebration of the Blues we also visit with Blues pianist Bob Baldori and take a look at his garden. Bob shares an old family recipe for "Hot Mix" (sort of a pickle dish). Some different stuff for a food show but still alot of fun.
