This year I was hosting the Chef's Reception. Anyway, just caught your show with the potatoe and roasted garlic gratin. I've been experimenting lately compining yellow potatoes, sweet potatoes and rudibaga. I think this will be a great recipe to use with all three and I asure you I will be trying it soon.
