Michigan Maple Spice Rub (Show #105)

In Show #105 we feature this rub on Ostrich, "the other red meat"

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Michigan maple sugar

1/2 cup paprika

1/2 cup garlic powder

1/4 cup ground cumin

1/4 cup dry mustard

1/4 cup ground black pepper

1/4 cup chile powder

1/4 cup dried mixed herbs

1 cup french sea salt

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together in bowl, can be scaled up or down.

    for the ingredient listed as "dried mixed herbs" - what does that include?

    It is a dried herbs mix labeled "Italian Herbs" You can buy them at any market.
