I really enjoy it when Eric takes time to show you a certain skill such as how to filet a salmon or how to make certain dishes. For my birthday, all I wanted was to go to the restaurant. It was filled and with no reservations, I thought it was not going to happen. The hostess said to wait a minute and came back and said that the bartenderess would happily wait on us if we would sit at a table at the bar area. The waitress was FANTASTIC. I forgot her name (shame on me) but she had the most gorgeous black curly hair. The food was wonderful and the whole evening was great. Thanks and keep up the great work. Love, Love, Love the show.
