Maple smoked jalapeno and lime glaze (Show #213)

Featured with the skewered chicken in our "Sugar Beet Show"

Ingredients:

2 tbps Michigan maple syrup
2 large hickory smoked jalapenos, seeded
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp roasted garlic puree
french sea salt, to taste

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or in a blender. Process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary. If the glaze is too thin add more lime juice or water to taste.
