Nothing like making something in your own kitchen "from scratch," it always tastes better. These delicious crackers are no exception.
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
4 oz unsalted sweet butter - 1/2 dice
4 oz whole milk
sea salt for garnish
Method:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all dry ingredients in food processor. Add butter and pulse quickly, until it looks like "coarse meal". Add the milk and process 3 seconds. Remove to floured surface, knead 10 seconds and chill the dough.
Roll out the dough 1/8" thick and cut with the crackers in any desired shape using cookie cutters. Place the crackers on a prepared cookie sheet and gently brush the tops with a bit of the milk and top each cracker with a sprinkle of the french sea salt.
Bake the crackers in the center of the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until light brown.
