I Just finished making your fromage blanc cheese show 303.
Is there any use for the liquid?
This is the third time I make it and I think I'm getting better at it but I wonder what to do with the liquid , I mean is it like skimmed Milk?
Thanks.

P.S. I was asked and I did not know what to say.
