Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups Michigan maple syrup, grade "b"

2 cups french sea salt

1/2 cup of lime juice with lime halves

1/4 cup Clancy's Fancy Hot Sauce

1 gallon of fresh water

Directions:

Dissolve all the ingredients in cold water. Use as needed.

Here's a guide for the length of time meats should be marinated:

whole raw chickens 24 hours

raw, boneless chicken breasts 6-12 hours

whole bone in raw pork loin 24 hours

shrimp raw shelled and butterflyed 1 hour

raw pork tenderloins 6-12 hours
