Roasted Garlic Bread with Horseradish and Oregano

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons wood roasted garlic puree, see recipe

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, drained

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped fine

1/2 cup/1 stick unsalted "sweet" butter, room temperature

kosher salt, preferably from michigan

clancy's fancy hot sauce, or similar

1 loaf artisan italian style bread, halved lengthwise

Directions:

Preheat outdoor grill or indoor oven to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, mix the roasted garlic, horseradish, parmesan and oregano with the softened room temperature butter until smooth add the kosher salt and hot sauce to taste.

Generously spread butter mixture on cut sides of bread. Sandwich together and wrap tightly with aluminum foil.

Bake until crusty and butter has melted, about 10 minutes.
