This time we're preparing Buffalo Hanger Steak Frite, great taste and good for you. We'll visit a buffalo ranch in Michigan's Upper Peninsula where Eric will "ride the range". We'll also cook up some "Double Fried" potato fries and make a Maple-Tart Cherry Worcestershire Sauce to serve with our meat and potatos.
